Who am I?
About Me

My name is Lorraine Harris.  Some of you will know me as the “HMO Queen”. I’ve been in the HMO sector since 2015 and have established a highly systemised portfolio of Rent to Rent and self-owned HMOs in Leicester, which I can manage from anywhere in the world with very little time of my own.

Over the last 10 years we’ve seen it all: fluctuating tenant demand, soaring energy prices, increased tenant arrears, interest rate hikes, revaluation issues and of course Covid! But we have adapted each time, learnt from any setbacks and come out stronger. This puts us in good stead, I believe, to help others, and that’s what we’d like to do.
